There are notes of both sour and spicy flavors. Columbus brought the chili to Europe in the early 16th century under the name "Indian Pepper" as an exclusive item and in recent times it is used by everyone in our cooking.

At this poster 38 varieties of chili are carefully selected by Lene Tvedegaard from Gartneri Toftegaard.
